These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of neuralforgeai.pro (the "Site") operated by Neural Forge AI Inc. ("Neural Forge AI", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. About Neural Forge AI
Neural Forge AI Inc. is an applied-AI studio and professional services firm based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We design and build custom AI systems for client organizations — including AI strategy, generative-AI and large language model (LLM) applications, AI assistants and agents, workflow automation, machine learning models, data pipelines, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, model evaluation, MLOps and responsible-AI practices.
We are a professional AI services firm — not a course or training provider, not an "AI income" or passive-income scheme, not a cryptocurrency mining operation, not a GPU rental or marketplace, not a standalone SaaS product you subscribe to through this Site alone, not legal or financial advice, and not an investment advisory service.
2. Brand and naming clarifications
"Neural" in Neural Forge AI is a brand element referring to applied machine learning and neural network techniques used in modern AI systems. It does not claim artificial general intelligence (AGI), consciousness, sentience or human-like cognition. We build practical software systems grounded in your data and workflows.
"Forge" refers to the craft of engineering production-grade AI — shaping models, pipelines and guardrails with discipline. It does not refer to blockchain forging, cryptocurrency minting, GPU hash-rate services, blacksmithing as a consumer product or gaming mod culture. Neural Forge AI does not sell hardware, tokens or compute credits.
3. Probabilistic AI and no guaranteed results
Information on the Site describes our studio services and illustrative work. We do not guarantee specific business results, cost savings, revenue increases, accuracy levels, return on investment (ROI), error-free operation or that AI outputs will replace your employees.
AI systems — including large language models, retrieval systems and agents — are probabilistic. They can produce incorrect, biased, incomplete or fabricated ("hallucinated") outputs even when designed carefully. We architect for humans-in-the-loop review, evaluation harnesses and escalation paths; those measures reduce risk but do not eliminate it.
Case studies, metrics and testimonials reflect past client engagements under specific conditions. They are not promises of future performance. Outcomes depend on data quality, project scope, budget, integration context, regulatory environment and organizational adoption.
Formal engagements are governed by separate written agreements that supersede general Site content where they conflict.
4. AI and professional services disclaimer
Our studio provides AI design, development and consulting services for client organizations. Content on this Site is for general information about our capabilities and approach. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, medical or investment advice. You should consult qualified professionals for those matters.
We do not claim to replace your operations team, eliminate human oversight or deliver fully autonomous systems with zero errors. Automation and AI agents we build operate within agreed guardrails with human authority retained for high-stakes decisions in finance, legal, HR, safety, healthcare and customer-facing contexts.
We are not a registered investment dealer, portfolio manager or crypto exchange. References to "forge" or "building" relate to software engineering only.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for unlawful purposes or to violate applicable laws in Canada or your jurisdiction;
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems, networks, credentials or client data;
- Transmit malware, spam, automated abuse or harmful code;
- Scrape, crawl or harvest Site content at scale without written permission;
- Misrepresent affiliation with Neural Forge AI or impersonate our staff;
- Use Site content to imply guaranteed AI outcomes we have disclaimed;
- Submit false information through contact forms or interfere with honeypot and security controls.
We may suspend or restrict access for violations and cooperate with authorities when required.
6. Intellectual property
Site content — text, design, logos, graphics, photography and layout — is owned by Neural Forge AI Inc. or licensed to us. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works without prior written consent, except as permitted by fair dealing under the Copyright Act (Canada).
Client deliverables are addressed in project agreements. Nothing on the Site transfers ownership of custom work to visitors. Open-source components we use remain subject to their respective licences.
7. Third-party links, models and tools
The Site may reference third-party services, model providers, cloud platforms or documentation. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, pricing, model behaviour or privacy practices. Links are provided for convenience, not endorsement. Your use of third-party APIs is governed by their terms.
8. Privacy and PIPEDA
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which complies with PIPEDA. By submitting forms with the consent checkbox, you agree as described there. Contact [email protected] for privacy enquiries.
9. Cookies
We use cookies and local storage as described in our Cookie Policy. Optional analytics require your consent via the cookie banner. Essential cookies and security logging apply regardless of analytics choice.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy of AI-related descriptions or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that Site content is complete, current or error-free.
Descriptions of AI capabilities on the Site are illustrative. Live systems require ongoing evaluation, monitoring and human oversight — none of which are guaranteed by browsing this Site.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neural Forge AI Inc. and its directors, officers, employees and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site shall not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (C$100), except where liability cannot be excluded under Ontario law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, fraud or matters that cannot be limited by law. These limitations apply only to Site use — client project liability is governed by separate agreements.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neural Forge AI Inc. from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario for disputes arising from these Terms or Site use, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your province of residence.
14. Changes
We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date indicates the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Review this page periodically.
15. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
16. Entire agreement for Site use
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of the Site. They do not replace signed client contracts for professional services.
